Sandy Ground Stratford

Stratford Park is the fifth park created for the Where Angels Play Foundation and is dedicated to Victoria Soto, a teacher and victim of the Sandy Hook Shooting in New Jersey. The placement of this park is made so much sweeter because Stratford Connecticut is Victorias home town. Her park is decorated with pink and green playground equipment to signify her love for flamingos and features a plaque in front with photos and descriptions of her life.
